No one is home and I am
Stretched out in my husbands recliner
covered by a soft warm blanket
wearing my sweats and fuzzy socks.
Reading a good book
under a small lamp
in my dark house..
My dog Oscar is asleep
in the floor.
Being all alone does not always mean being
LONELY....
True, Cindy...nicely said :)
ReplyDeleteI too cherish moments when i am free for myself
feeling lonely -- sometimes its in the midst of a crowd we feel lonely :)

the last line- how true :)
ReplyDeleteThe thing I cherish most of all in my day to day life, other than walking with the Lord, is finding silence. I love to sit out on my patio and hear only the birds and the wind. It soothes yet reinvigorates.
